Returns / Refunds
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase it will be at the companies discretion if a refund can be applied.
- There is a 10% handling charge that will be deducted on returns, where available. (exchanges are based on the same terms).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, these include all concrete related products and locks.
- If the item requires collection, there will be a collection charge based on the same conditons as our delivery terms.
- Once the refund has been agreed, we will refund by the same means as payment was made.
